Virtu collects minimal information to operate the Service. We collect your email address during registration and basic transaction metadata necessary for card processing. We do not collect government-issued identification, proof of address, or biometric data.
Your email address is used solely for account access, transaction notifications, and critical service updates. Transaction metadata is used for fraud prevention and to comply with spending limit enforcement. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 and TLS 1.3 encryption. We store data on geographically distributed servers with strict access controls. Data retention is limited to what is necessary for service operation.
We use only essential cookies required for session management and authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or any third-party tracking services. Your browsing activity on Virtu is not monitored or recorded.
Our card issuing and payment processing partners receive only the minimum information required to process transactions. These partners are contractually bound to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
