My card was declined

Check that your card has sufficient balance and that the merchant accepts Visa/Mastercard. Some merchants in restricted categories may decline crypto-funded cards.

How do I freeze my card?

Log into your dashboard and click the freeze button on your active card. This instantly disables all transactions. You can unfreeze at any time.

My top-up hasn't arrived

Crypto top-ups require on-chain confirmation. Bitcoin may take 10-30 minutes, Ethereum 2-5 minutes. Check your transaction hash on a block explorer for status.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by the merchant. Once the merchant initiates a refund, it typically appears on your Virtu balance within 5-10 business days.
