Virtu provides virtual debit cards that can be funded with cryptocurrency. The Service allows users to convert supported cryptocurrencies into spendable fiat balance on virtual cards accepted by online merchants worldwide.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Virtu, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Virtu imposes monthly spending limits based on your selected plan tier. These limits are designed to prevent misuse and maintain a safe ecosystem. You agree not to attempt to circumvent these limits by any means, including creating multiple accounts.
All cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Virtu is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses, network errors, or blockchain congestion. Exchange rates are determined at the time of conversion and may fluctuate. Virtu does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.
You agree not to use the Service for:
Virtu reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities without prior notice.
Fees vary by plan tier and are displayed on our website. Virtu reserves the right to modify fees at any time with reasonable notice. Transaction fees, subscription fees, and any other applicable charges will be deducted from your balance or charged to your payment method as applicable.
You may freeze or cancel your virtual card at any time through your account dashboard. Virtu may also freeze or terminate your card if we detect suspicious activity, policy violations, or as required by law. Any remaining balance on a terminated card will be returned to your crypto wallet, minus any applicable fees.
Virtu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency value. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
